We are asking students to fill in a log sheet that tracks their activity for 30 minutes a day for a minimum of 4 days per week. The more they do, the better it is for their personal physical and mental health during this time. Parents are asked to verify the activity log by one of the following :
1. Use the new form below and directly submit you activity right form the website each week
OR
1. Print, sign, scan or take a photo of the completed log sheet (below)
2. Electronically fill out and sign the log sheet
3. Verify via email that the sheet is correct upon submission.
All log sheets are to be emailed to your teacher.
